Requirement
We are looking to hire a JUNIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR who will be responsible for the timely execution of risk-based internal audits in accordance with the audit plans as well as assisting with other audit matters and projects.
Duties & Responsibilities- Carry out financial, operational, and compliance audit duties such as: evaluating internal controls, applying professional audit techniques, preparing audit work papers, developing solutions, and documenting findings.
- Provide assistance to the senior auditor as assigned by the Management ineffectively performing daily operations.
- Provide relevant information under review such as findings and recommendations to the organization’s management
- Ensures effective execution of various reviews, including audit tasks, inventory, and other audit-related matters.
- Help in coordinating assignments with the senior auditor.
- Execute other duties that the management may assign.
Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 2 years relevant experience, through public accounting/auditing and/or industry experience.
- Thorough understanding of both Internal Audit and Accounting Standards.
- Ability to appreciate the required operating standards of a range of the Group’s business operations.
- Understanding a range of Computerized Information Systems used in operating divisions
- Understanding of IIA standards
- Maintain independence (in substance and form) from operational decisions.
- Ability to understand and work across different cultures and regulatory environments.
- Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Preferably with a UAE Driving license
